Guarantees and Refund Policy
A 7-day commercial guarantee is provided by the Vendor in case of product defects or inconsistencies.

Refund Process
Refunds may be issued:
By bank transfer or
By reversal to the original payment card, depending on the method used.
Processing time:
Bank transfers: approx. 30 days
Credit card payments: between 30 and 60 days
If the buyer has submitted multiple prior refund requests, the current purchase may be declined.
All refund requests are for the full value of the purchase partial refunds are not available.

Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by French law.
Regardless of current or future residence, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts for resolving any disputes.
