Karine Trioullier is the founder of Tida Bisa, a talent management consultancy helping professionals and organizations navigate the complexities of today’s evolving workplace. With over 26 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, Karine has worked with 36 nationalities in 15 industries, focusing on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and personalized career strategies.
Her work is rooted in the belief that leadership should inspire, not intimidate, and that organizations thrive when people find purpose and humanity in their work. She coaches managers and executives to become more empathetic and effective leaders, creating environments built on trust, collaboration, and clear communication.
After 12 years in senior HR roles for global corporations, Karine founded Tida Bisa in 2006 to focus on the human side of work. She helps individuals and teams embrace project-based careers and uncover meaningful professional opportunities beyond traditional hierarchies.
During the pandemic, Karine began sharing her expertise on social media, where her Career Kueen Tik Tok account gained a significant following. Through accessible and relatable advice, she empowers professionals to regain confidence and navigate change with clarity.
